Fran Bruning is a professional coach who recently completed her MBA in Coaching, Mentoring, and Leadership from the University of York St. John in the UK. Her dissertation focused on the impact AI coach bots are expected to have on the coaching industry and professional coaches. Her research has been published in the academic Journal of Work-Applied Management. 

With over 30 years of experience working in diverse international environments and a robust background in helping individuals navigate personal and professional transitions, Fran has spent the past five years working as an independent professional coach. She is currently pursuing her ICF PCC credential and holds an array of coaching qualifications, including a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching, Professional Coaching Mastery Certification, Certified Professional Group & Team Coach, Certified Agile Systems Coach, Certified Agile Coach, and a Coaching Skills Certificate.
